Experienced Real Estate Investment professional with over 14 years of expertise in underwriting and asset management, with a strong track record across global markets - particularly in UK, Europe and APAC. Specialized in direct real estate and fund investments as well as NPL portfolios across distressed, value-add, and core-plus strategies. Core responsibilities include end-to-end transaction execution encompassing due diligence, underwriting, deal structuring, negotiations and closing, as well as comprehensive portfolio and asset management. Proven strength in stakeholder engagement and relationship management across diverse geographies and investment structures. Holds a B.A. from the University of Passau, Germany, and an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School, London, UK.
