Biography

With more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Paula Muniz is known for her expertise in hotel operations, development, and real estate. She joined Banyan Group in 2025 responsible for expanding the company’s presence in South America. Paula began her career in Sales and Marketing and has since held various leadership positions at renowned companies such as Hilton Worldwide, IHG, Hyatt Hotels Corporation. In 2008, she transitioned to Real Estate/Hotel Development, always acting in South America Region with a big focus on the Southern Cone.
