Biography

Richard leads Origination & Structuring at MetaWealth, a pan-European investment platform providing institutional investors with access to carefully structured opportunities across real estate and alternative assets. Originally from London, he has lived and worked in diverse markets including West Africa, the UAE, and Australia, and is now based in Bucharest while active across Europe. He has over 15 years’ experience in real estate investment and development. Prior to MetaWealth, Richard was Partner & CEO of a UK-based real estate fund, where he oversaw the development of more than 700 apartments. In recent years at MetaWealth, he has closed 12 transactions across four countries, spanning multiple asset classes and investment strategies.
