Biography

Hilton is the President responsible for commercialization and asset management Brookfield Properties real estate in Brazil.
Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Hilton worked for 18 years at Cyrela and supported the joint-venture
venture Prologis-CCP. In addition, Hilton had experience at the Development Real Estate Exchange and the
CBRE. He has almost 30 years of extensive experience in the real estate sector, including project management,
acquisitions, leasing, sales activities and property management.
Hilton has a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of São Paulo (FAU USP), an MBA
in Real Estate from FEAUSP/Fundac, and attended Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management
University.
