Rafael Vitale

Rafael Vitale Rodrigues serves as Director-General of ANTT - Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres do Brasil, a role he assumed in July 2021. An accomplished professional, he holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, with an MBA in Public Management, an MBA in Railway Engineering, a Master's in Transport Engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University, and an MBA in Finance.
