Paula León Arias

Paula started her career in corporate banking, in Royal Bank of Scotland in the Spanish Office, and later in London, where she worked on the Structured Finance Real Estate division. Returning to Spain, she was part of CBRE for a year, participating in the investment funds and acquisition within the Spanish office. She later joined the Structured Finance Real Estate department of Credit Agricole in Spain where she stayed for six years until she joined SAREB in Febrary 2013 where she has been responsible for managing the NPL portfolio assigned to Haya Real Estate (€40bn OB) and more recently, in July 2017, joined the Institutional Sales team to lead the creation of the NPL Sales Platform within Sareb.
