I aim to create and boost businesses between international PERE and Spanish companies to raise growth capital and sustainable finance. As investment managers, we cover the entire real estate investment cycle, from advisory services to identifying opportunities across Spain, capital structure and finance, design and development risk management, and the delivery of turnkey projects to private equity investors. I lead the expansion of the growth business, matching long-term equity investors with best-in-class residential developers in the Spanish living sector, including Co-living, serviced apartments, Senior Living, and PBSA.
