Federico Valentini serves as Head of Capital Markets and M&A Asvisory at Nhood Services, a leading real estate development and investment company focused on creating sustainable urban ecosystems. Based in France, he oversees the company's global investment strategy and capital market activities across Nhood's diverse portfolio of retail, residential, and mixed-use developments. With extensive expertise in real estate finance and investment management, Valentini plays a key role in driving Nhood's international expansion and sustainable development initiatives. His leadership contributes to the company's mission of transforming urban spaces into vibrant, sustainable communities that serve local needs while generating long-term value for stakeholders.

Nhood is the global real estate operator of the Mulliez Family Association. Established in 12 countries, Nhood employs more than 1,200 employees and manages nearly 1,000 sites, half of which are in France, the rest in Western and Eastern Europe. The assets held by the real estate company Ceetrus represent 9 billion euros and the assets managed are approaching 15 billion euros.
