Biography

Joanna Klusek serves as Business Development Director for Central and Eastern Europe at Nhood Services, a leading real estate and retail development company. Based in Portugal, she specializes in strategic business expansion across CEE markets, driving growth initiatives and partnership development. With expertise in retail real estate and commercial development, Klusek plays a key role in Nhood's mission to create sustainable, community-focused spaces. Her position involves identifying new market opportunities, managing stakeholder relationships, and implementing innovative retail solutions across the region. She brings valuable experience in cross-border business development and market entry strategies to her current role at Nhood Services.

Nhood is the global real estate operator of the Mulliez Family Association. Established in 12 countries, Nhood employs more than 1,200 employees and manages nearly 1,000 sites, half of which are in France, the rest in Western and Eastern Europe. The assets held by the real estate company Ceetrus represent 9 billion euros and the assets managed are approaching 15 billion euros.
