Ewald Schwenger is the CFO and Managing Partner at i Live, a leading German real estate company. He joined i Live Holding GmbH as CFO in December 2015, playing a vital role in its management expansion. Following the transition of operations to i Live Group GmbH in 2018, he became a Managing Partner, steering the company's financial strategy and growth in micro-living and multi-generational housing sectors. His leadership is key to i Live's innovative real estate developments.
