Rezső Ezer is the Director at Futureal, a leading real estate development and investment group in Central and Eastern Europe with projects worth €6 billion and over 2 million square meters of developments. Futureal specializes in urban renewal, mixed-use schemes, and various property types like office, retail, residential, and logistics. Rezső is focused on building long-term strategic partnerships with institutional investors such as insurance companies, pension funds, and sovereign wealth funds to finance future developments and co-invest in prime commercial real estate. He is particularly interested in medium-to-large-scale co-investors for Futureal's commercial assets in Hungary and aims to expand the company's presence in Poland, Romania, Spain, the UK, and Germany, with future interests in the Netherlands and Italy.
