Carla Gaspar Primavera is BNDES Energy Area Superintendent, responsible for leading teams that structure financing for electricity generation, transmission and distribution projects, as well as for the institutional representation of this area with public and private institutions. BNDES career officer since 2000, has experience in leading BNDES legal teams to analyze regulatory, contractual, corporate, financial and environmental aspects of projects, always aiming to achieve long-term credit goals in a sustainable manner. She is a lawyer at UERJ, with an MBA in Business Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
