Carla Gaspar Primavera is BNDES Energy Area Superintendent, responsible for leading teams that structure financing for electricity generation, transmission and distribution projects, as well as for the institutional representation of this area with public and private institutions. BNDES career officer since 2000, has experience in leading BNDES legal teams to analyze regulatory, contractual, corporate, financial and environmental aspects of projects, always aiming to achieve long-term credit goals in a sustainable manner. Carla Gaspar Primavera é Superintendente da Área de Energia do BNDES, responsável por liderar equipes que estruturam financiamentos a projetos de geração, transmissão e distribuição de energia elétrica, bem como pela representação institucional da referida área junto a instituições públicas e privadas. Funcionária de carreira do BNDES desde 2000, tem experiência em liderar equipes jurídicas do BNDES para análise de aspectos regulatórios, contratuais, societários, financeiros e ambientais dos projetos, sempre tendo em vista atingir os objetivos do crédito de longo prazo de forma sustentável.
