José Romeu Ferraz Neto é engenheiro civil e administrador de empresas formado pela Universidade Mackenzie, com MBA pela FGV. É sócio fundador da RFM Construtora, RFM Incorporadora e Develop Brasil, presidente do Txai Resorts .É Presidente da Fiabci-Brasil, vice- presidente do Sinduscon-SP,vice-presidente da CBIC ( câmara brasileira da indústria da construção),diretor do SECOVI, Diretor Titular do DECONCIC ( departamento da construção civil da FIESP ), Vice Presidente da CONCIC ( conselho superior da construção civil da FIESP ) , Conselheiro do SENAI , conselheiro da ADIT .
