Biography

Kevin Muscat serves as the Head of Transactions at Mileway, a pan-European last-mile logistics real estate company. He joined the company on October 1, 2020, and is responsible for acquisitions, playing a key role in the company's expansion across Europe. With nearly two decades of experience in real estate, Muscat previously held the position of Managing Director at Patrizia AG, where he co-headed its cross-border transactions team. His career highlights include leading the sourcing and execution of transactions across Europe with a combined value exceeding €5 billion. He also spent over twelve years at Rockspring Property Investment Managers as an Associate Partner in European Transactions/Fund Management, specializing in cross-border portfolios, including logistics. Muscat holds a Master of Arts in Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
