CEO AEXX CAPITAL, a Madrid/London based privately held investment firm specialised in direct lending, asset backed distressed debt and other unique special situations, primarily in western Europe. Alberto is the Co-founder of URBANIA INTERNATIONAL, a real estate private equity firm with over €1 billion under management. Mr. Lopez has been involved in over €2 billion of opportunistic, value add and debt real estate investing in Europe. Mr. Lopez received an International MBA from EM Lyon & EOI and has a Bachelor’s degree of Economics.
