Pritam Chivukula is the Founder Director of Tridhaatu Realty & Infra Pvt. Ltd., a leading real estate firm. A business graduate from Symbiosis, Pune, his background includes significant roles at Kotak Mahindra, Standard Chartered Bank, and a USD 500 million Private Equity fund. He also served as National Director of Investment Sales & Retail Services at Colliers International. Pritam brings expertise in marketing, business development, and corporate governance. At Tridhaatu, he focuses on driving efficiency, accountability, and leveraging new technologies across residential projects in Mumbai. He is also the Hon. Secretary of CREDAI-MCHI. His contributions include overseeing projects like Tridhaatu Morya, with Phase 1 recently receiving its Occupancy Certificate.
