Biography

Enis Aryas serves as Managing Director and Head of UK at Tishman Speyer Properties. He joined the firm in 2012, initially establishing its business in Turkey. In 2015, Mr. Aryas relocated to London to lead acquisitions across European markets where Tishman Speyer sought to expand, successfully closing the firm's first deal in Madrid in 15 years after exploring opportunities in cities like Milan, Amsterdam, Dublin, and London. His background includes roles at Biodenta Turkey, DCM's Ottoman Fund, and Lehman Brothers' Global Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Mr. Aryas holds a BS in Management from Tulane University and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
