Alessandro Vedrossi

Managing partner of Valora Investimentos since 2016, responsible for the real estate area. It currently has 6 investment funds under management (R$1.3bi) and has structured more than R$1.5bi in CRI in recent years. Between 2008 and 2015, he was executive director of Brookfield, responsible for the development and business areas. He worked at GMAC-RFC (General Motors) between 2000 and 2008 as Executive Director of Investments and Real Estate Financing in LATAM, managing a portfolio of $350M. He worked for 2 yrs in the American real estate securitization market, participating in operations for a total amount of more than US $ 14 bi. Vedrossi is a civil engineer from Escola Politécnica da USP and has a master degree in RE.

Vedrossi é engenheiro civil pela Escola Politécnica da USP e tem mestrado em real estate pela mesma instituição
