For more than four decades I've been helping shape the commercial property landscape across West London and the Thames Valley, identifying strategic opportunities and transforming underutilised sites into places where businesses and communities can thrive. Today I lead Jansons Property, an entrepreneurial property development and investment business focused on unlocking value from strategic land and development opportunities. Our strategy is increasingly centred on industrial and logistics opportunities across West London and the Thames Valley i.e., markets where constrained supply, infrastructure investment and long-term occupational demand continue to create compelling opportunities for investors, occupiers, and local communities alike. Since founding Jansons in 2003, I've been involved in delivering more than 50 projects with a combined GDV exceeding £850 million. My philosophy has remained the same: build trusted relationships, think long term and create lasting value .

Jansons Property aim to create maximum value by purchasing sites quickly using our own capital and securing planning consents in order to build out attractive schemes. Our real strengths lie in purchasing sites early on, unconditionally, and obtaining planning through our strong network of consultants and local connections. We work closely with vendors and occupiers to establish viable exits and ultimately deliver high quality buildings on time and on budget.
