Katrin Poos serves as the Head of Logistics Asset Management at Branicks Group AG. A lawyer and real estate specialist with over 25 years of experience in international real estate management, she possesses extensive expertise in commercial properties, particularly logistics. Her prior roles include leadership positions at RLI Investors GmbH, Signature Capital, DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung GmbH, and Cromwell. She is vital in managing and optimizing logistics assets for Branicks Group AG.

More than 20 years of experience in the German real estate and capital market, eight regional branch offices, and a wide-spread network: DIC Asset AG has successfully established itself with a footprint on all major German markets. In two distinct business divisions, we have a total of 225 properties with a market value of c. EUR 10.3 billion under management. In our Commercial Portfolio unit, we act as proprietor while serving as mandated manager in our Institutional Business unit.
