Jorge Girault Facha
Biography
Jorge Girault Facha serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Prologis Mexico, a position he has held since 2015. A veteran of the real estate industry with over 27 years of experience, Mr. Girault was instrumental in the successful structuring and launch of the FIBRA Prologis IPO in 2014, raising $500M, and a subsequent $350M rights offering in 2019. He brings extensive expertise in managing equity and debt-raising activities, including leading Mexico's first green bond issuance and a sustainable line of credit. Mr. Girault holds an industrial engineering degree from Universidad Panamericana and an MBA from Universidad Iberoamericana.
