Fernando Hamaoui

Fernando is responsible for overseeing Evergreen’s Brazil portfolio. He is a board member of GoodStorage and Vila 11 and a member of Evergreen’s Global Investment Committee. Prior to Evergreen, Fernando worked at Rio Bravo Investimentos and at Even Construtora and Incorporadora. Fernando holds a Civil Engineering degree from Mackenzie University, a Certificate of Financial Management from Insper and completed the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD. He holds the CGA, CGE and CFG certifications by ANBIMA. Fernando is based in Evergreen’s São Paulo office.

Fernando Hamaoui has been with M3 Capital Partners for 5 years, concurrent with M3 establishing a local office in São Paulo. Fernando’s main responsibilities include researching, analysing and negotiating new real estate investment opportunities for the firm as well as overseeing M3’s existing investments in Brazil. Prior to joining M3, Fernando worked at Rio Bravo Investimentos, managing and structuring FIIs, and also at Even Incorporadora, identifying and developing residential projects for the company.
