Biography

Daniel is a partner in BlueOak Investimentos. He is responsible for sourcing and executing real estate transactions in Brazil and has more than 20 years of experience in the Brazilian real estate market. Prior to joining BlueOak, Daniel was managing director in H.I.G. Capital’s, and prior partner of GP Investments Real Estate, where he was responsible for commercial real estate investments. Earlier in his career, he worked for 4 years at Cushman & Wakefield as a Director. Daniel has led almost 40 Real Estate transactions in Brazil which totaled more than R$ 3 billion. Daniel earned an M.B.A. from INSPER and is also a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering.
