Arvi Luoma

Arvi is a member of the investment committee and senior leadership team of Cain. He leads Cain’s European platform and oversees the team’s strategy, operations, and investment management activities. He has more than 20 years of direct real estate investment experience across more than 20 countries in Europe as well as the US. He has invested in all major commercial asset classes including industrial & logistics, office, retail, life sciences, PBSA, healthcare and hospitality. Previously, Arvi was Co-founder & CEO of Blackbrook Capital (‘Blackbrook’), a c.€1B specialist investor focusing on future proof supply chain infrastructure. Blackbrook merged with Cain in 2024.
