Biography

Stewart Steeves, as CEO of LaGuardia Gateway Partners LLC, notably spearheaded the $4 billion redevelopment of LaGuardia Airport's Central Terminal B. He oversaw the project's complex phases, from competitive procurement and financing to construction and operations. Under his leadership, the Terminal B redevelopment earned the Envision Platinum award for its sustainable design. A Professional Engineer and Chartered Financial Analyst, Steeves possesses extensive experience in airport development and management, having overseen nearly $10 billion in projects across North America and the Caribbean. His prior roles include CFO of Vantage Airport Group and CEO of Nassau Airport Development Company, where he led a significant airport redevelopment.
