Cuenta con más de 20 años de experiencia en el área de Infraestructura en los modos carreteros, aeroportuarios y férreos, estructuración de proyectos, asociaciones público–privadas, concesiones y su financiación, con amplia experiencia en acompañamiento en procesos licitatorios y de selección en general, así como en el acompañamiento permanente en la ejecución contractual. Amplia experiencia en la negociación de contratos de EPC. Fue Secretaria General de Construcciones El Cóndor S.A. Ha estado involucrada en importantes proyectos de infraestructura en el país entre los cuales se destacan Adjudicación de Opain, estructuración, adjudicación y financiación de Pacifico 2 y Ruta al Mar, adquisición y financiación de Pacifico 3.
