Cristina Vasquez is a Partner at Posse Herrera Ruiz, leading the Infrastructure and Public Law practice. With over two decades of experience, she specializes in structuring complex infrastructure projects in sectors including urban public transportation, airports, highways, railroads, ports, and aqueducts. Her expertise encompasses public-private partnerships (PPPs), concessions, project financing, and advising on bidding and contractual execution. Ms. Vasquez has played a key role in significant Colombian infrastructure initiatives, such as the Opain award and the structuring, awarding, and financing of Pacifico 2, Ruta al Mar, and Pacifico 3. She also serves as a professor at Universidad del Rosario, focusing on PPPs and their financing.
