Biography

Alexander Saltzman is a Partner at Alchemy Properties and Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners, directing commercial and residential real estate development. He oversees acquisitions, investor relations, pre-development, construction, asset management, marketing, sales, and leasing. Mr. Saltzman has developed over one million square feet across diverse projects, specializing in complex conversions like The Woolworth Building to luxury residential condominiums. Before joining Alchemy in 2007, he managed adaptive reuse developments at HK Organization and urban projects for Toll Brothers. He holds an MS in Real Estate Finance from NYU and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
