Alain Stoeckli

Alain Stoeckli is Managing Director of Greenpeak Capital, an independent capital advisory firm based in Dubai, working with institutional sponsors across real estate and infrastructure in debt advisory, capital formation and fund architecture. He has secured $16B in equity and debt funding from 300+ global investors and lenders across 18 countries. A founding member of Doric Group from 2005, he built and led its European real estate investment, fund structuring and asset management platform. Previously at Credit Suisse and Citigroup's structured corporate finance division, focusing on Pan-European project finance and capital structuring transactions. MBA from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland, and holder of the CFA Certificates in ESG Investing and Climate Investing from CFA UK. Recipient of multiple 'Best Asset Manager' and 'Sustainability' industry awards.
