Biography
Rajesh has always displayed natural leadership qualities. Complementing what he learnt in business school with the invaluable experience of being mentored by his father, he has ably marshalled the Group’s resources, providing astute leadership to the portfolios of land acquisition and trading, finance and liaison. Identifying key growth areas, chiefly land banking and its institutionalisation, he made ethics and professionalism the new business drivers in this hitherto chaotic sector. Helping streamline the entire dynamic much to the benefit of corporates and institutions. Always looking for the next big challenge, Rajesh’s energies are now fruitfully invested in property aggregation and developing income-generating assets.
