Biography
Patricio del Portillo is Senior Vice President of Development at Aimbridge LATAM, where he is instrumental in expanding the company's footprint across Latin America. With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, sales, financing, and investment, he spearheads growth through third-party management and portfolio acquisitions. Del Portillo has partnered in over 100 projects, including new builds and brand conversions, demonstrating expertise in management and franchise contracts and leading high-performance teams. He previously held development roles at CBRE Hotels, Starwood, and Posadas. Patricio earned an Executive MBA from IPADE Business School and is a frequent industry speaker. He also played a key role in the inauguration of Aimbridge LATAM's new Mexico City offices.
