Biography

David Kellett is a Managing Director and Head of Alternative Investments, Europe at Invesco Real Estate. Joining Invesco in 2018, he leads investments across alternative real estate sub-sectors, including hotels and residential. With over 23 years of transaction experience, primarily in real estate, hospitality, and leisure, David previously held senior roles at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), including Head of Investor Relations and Head of Development in Europe. His career also encompasses investment banking at JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch. David, an Oxford University Chemistry graduate, is crucial in identifying and executing strategic investment opportunities for the firm.
