Biography

Patricia Valadares is a Senior Director of Development at GTIS, and is responsible for residential, commercial and urban lot development activities in Brazil.
Patricia’s experience in the real estate industry began in 1996. Prior to joining GTIS, Patricia was a director at Rossi Residencial, leading 50+ employees and around 350+ outsourced providers of business services. Before Rossi, Patricia was a director at Tecnisa. During this time, the company completed its initial public offering and was responsible for supporting the growth of the company to oversee projects in several cities throughout Brazil.
Patricia studied Urbanism and Architecture and has a post-degree in Business Administration and a Global Executive MBA.
