Biography

Steve Lemelin, FSA, CFA, is the Director of External Investment Managers for the City of Montreal Retirement System. He brings extensive experience in investment management and analysis, having previously served as an Investment Consultant at Mercer Investment Consulting and a Pension and Investment Analyst at Assumption Life. Mr. Lemelin has held his current role since 2015, overseeing external investment strategies for the pension fund. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Sciences from Université Laval.
