Biography

Jeremy Ebie is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Phoenix Infrastructure Group, a US-based infrastructure investor and developer. He also serves as the firm's CEO and Founder. With over 17 years of experience, Mr. Ebie specializes in infrastructure investment, municipal finance, and public-private partnerships (P3s). His work involves structuring P3 transportation projects and advising federal, state, and local governments on private sector investment. Phoenix Infrastructure Group, founded in 2015, is a minority-owned firm involved in significant projects like the JFK International Airport Terminal 8 redevelopment (where he is CFO for the transformation), the Washington, D.C. Smart Streetlights System, and Charlotte Gateway Train Station. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a JD from Tulane University Law School.
