Biography
Ed Cotham served as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of the Terry Foundation, the largest private provider of scholarships at Texas universities. In this capacity, he managed the foundation's investments, directly supporting its mission to award scholarships to outstanding Texas students. Cotham's robust educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Houston, a Master's in Economics from the University of Chicago, and a Law Degree from the University of Texas. He retired from his CIO role in 2023.
