Biography

Charles Fitzpatrick is a Portfolio Manager - Investments Infrastructure at CalSTRS (California State Teachers' Retirement System). He is instrumental in managing a significant portion of the Inflation Sensitive asset class, primarily focused on infrastructure investments. His responsibilities include exploring private infrastructure debt opportunities, contributing to CalSTRS' strategic initiatives. Fitzpatrick has served as a Portfolio Manager since at least 2017, also taking on the role of Interim Director for Inflation Sensitive.
