Charles Bauer

Charles W. Bauer is a Managing Director at EnCap Investments L.P., where he serves as the head of investor relations and fundraising. He joined EnCap in 2010. Prior to EnCap, Mr. Bauer led investor relations and fundraising efforts for five years at HM Capital Partners. He also previously served as Chief of Staff to U.S. Congressman Pete Sessions. Mr. Bauer holds a B.S. from Texas Christian University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
