Paulo Santa Maria is a Partner & CEO at Beka Finance, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in structuring M&A, structured finance, and debt & equity capital markets transactions across Europe and America. Prior to Beka Finance, he served as Head of Bankia's Legacy Unit and has held board memberships at prominent companies including Banco Inversis, Iberia, Globalvia, and Realia. At Beka Finance, he is instrumental in the Investment Banking Division, driving strategic initiatives and expanding the firm's presence in the Iberian Peninsula.
