Helena Olin
Biography
Helena Olin is the Head of Real Assets at Andra AP-fonden (AP2), a role she assumed in 2011. She oversees AP2's global real estate and infrastructure portfolios, valued at $10 billion, and has been pivotal in expanding the fund's real asset allocations into new markets across the US, Asia, Latin America, and Europe. Olin brings significant expertise in portfolio strategy, investment execution, corporate finance, and real estate valuation. She also serves as a GRESB Foundation Board Member, reflecting her dedication to sustainable investing. Her prior experience includes serving as a partner and co-head at Catella Corporate Finance. She holds an MBA from the University of Gothenburg.
