Biography

Hans-Juergen Weidenbacher serves as Managing Director and Global Head of Product Specialists Private Markets at Allianz Global Investors, contributing to their UK operations. With over 25 years of experience in investments and asset management, he is globally responsible for positioning AllianzGI's expanding Private Markets portfolio, which includes infrastructure debt. He has been instrumental in driving significant growth within the Private Markets platform since 2013. Previously, he held roles as a Senior Consultant at Allianz SE and an M&A Advisor. He holds an Industrial Engineering degree and an MBA.
