Vivien Mello Suruagy

Vivien Mello Suruagy is the President of FENINFRA, the federation for call centers and telecommunications infrastructure in Brazil. She graduated in Civil Engineering and completed her postgraduate studies at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). With a rich background in telecommunications and infrastructure, Suruagy has held leadership roles including President of SINSTAL and SINDINSTALAÇÃO, and she served as Director of Infrastructure at FIESP. She was also Vice-President of Institutional Relations at CEBRASSE. At FENINFRA, she advocates for the telecommunications sector, focusing on issues like service quality, tax relief, and sustaining employment and investments.
