Víctor Martínez Rocoder se desempeña como Director de Tesorería en BANOBRAS (Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios Públicos), la institución financiera de desarrollo del gobierno mexicano. Con amplia experiencia en el sector financiero y bancario, lidera la gestión de tesorería y las operaciones financieras estratégicas de la institución. Su rol es fundamental en el financiamiento de proyectos de infraestructura y servicios públicos que impulsan el desarrollo económico y social de México. Martínez Rocoder aporta su expertise en mercados financieros, gestión de riesgos y estructuración de instrumentos financieros para apoyar la misión institucional de BANOBRAS en el fortalecimiento de la infraestructura nacional.
