Biography

Rogério Bolzani Caldas is the Vice President of Finance and Strategy at OPY Health and an Executive at IG4 Operations Company. He served as a founder and CFO of OPY from 2019 to 2024. Caldas has extensive leadership experience in Finance, Strategy, and Business Development across multinational and family-owned companies in the retail, media, and telecommunications sectors. His background includes roles as CFO at Shoulder, and strategic positions at Casas Pernambucanas, Grupo Abril, and Telefônica | VIVO. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from USP and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV.
