Biography
Reinaldo Fioravanti is a Principal Specialist in the Transport Division at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), where he is responsible for dialogues and new business development. He focuses on structuring large infrastructure projects and advising governments on transportation policies across Latin America and the Caribbean, leading work in logistics, aviation, and urban mobility. Before joining the IDB, he served as a supply chain manager at Hewlett Packard and an associate researcher at the University of Campinas. Fioravanti holds a Ph.D. in Transport Engineering from the University of Campinas and Master's degrees in Public Policy from Harvard University and Supply Chain Management from MIT/ZLC.
