Responsible for overseeing Project Finance and M&A on both buy and sell side. Including financial modeling, preparing deal documents, due diligence and negotiation processes. Significant experience in Project Finance, M&A, Credit Investments and Private Equity. Prior to ILLIAN, worked at companies such as Rio Bravo Investimentos, Fosun Holdings, and Braskem. Graduated with a dual degree in Business Administration from Insper (Brazil) and Copenhagen Business School (Denmark).
