Octavio Lievano

Octavio Lievano serves as the Global Head of Multinational Client Coverage at Crédit Agricole CIB in France, a position he has held since August 2007. An accomplished finance professional, he possesses extensive experience in multinational client coverage and investment banking. He has been instrumental in developing international business strategies and leading Latin America multinational coverage efforts for the bank. Previously, as Mexico Country Head and Mexico Corporate Coverage at Crédit Agricole CIB, he originated significant transactions exceeding US$10 billion in the Mexican market. His professional background also includes key roles at Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas, and PARIBAS, where he focused on debt financing and credit structuring. Lievano holds advanced degrees from Columbia Business School and Brandeis School of Business and Economics.
