Biography

Natalia Pineda is the Director of Planning and Business for Roads at ISA, a role she has held since 2021. With over 22 years of experience in strategic direction, business development, and project management, she has been a key figure in ISA’s expansion. Notably, she co-led the acquisition of Intervial Chile, a strategic move that established ISA's presence in the Chilean road concessions market. Pineda has also guided teams in structuring offers for nearly 40 projects, totaling over US$4 billion in investment across ISA’s diverse portfolio. An Administrator Engineer with an MBA from MIT, she assumed the role of interim Vice President of Road Concessions in March 2025.
