Milton Pilão é CEO da Orizon Valorização de Resíduos desde 2013, liderando a gestão de resíduos de 40 milhões de brasileiros. Iniciou sua trajetória aos 22 anos, fabricando peças para a indústria de papel e celulose em uma garagem emprestada, expandindo seu negócio para exportar para mais de 45 países. Sob sua liderança, a Orizon transformou-se em referência na valorização de resíduos e sustentabilidade, com 17 ecoparques em 12 estados brasileiros. Pilão também representou a América Latina no Congresso Mundial da ISWA, discutindo soluções globais para a circularidade de resíduos.
